The Zaamani Peace Institute has received recognition from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Ghana for its Community Dialogue Initiative (CDI). The recognition, announced at the UNDP's annual Development Partners Forum in Accra, highlights the CDI as a model for community-level peacebuilding that effectively integrates traditional and contemporary approaches.

"The Zaamani Peace Institute's work demonstrates that sustainable peace is best built from the ground up, drawing on the cultural resources and institutional frameworks that communities already possess," said the UNDP Resident Representative at the ceremony.
