Our Vision

A world where traditional African wisdom and indigenous knowledge systems are recognised, preserved, and actively applied as foundational tools for building lasting peace, social cohesion, and restorative justice across communities and nations.

Our Mission

To research, document, and promote traditional African conflict resolution methods; to educate communities and institutions on their application; and to advocate for their integration into formal peacebuilding and governance frameworks at local, national, and continental levels.

Strategic Objectives

Research and document indigenous conflict resolution practices across Ghana and West Africa

Develop and deliver peace education curricula grounded in traditional knowledge for schools and communities

Build the capacity of traditional authorities, educators, and civil society organisations in evidence-based peacebuilding

Advocate for policy frameworks that integrate traditional and formal justice mechanisms

Create sustainable platforms for inter-community dialogue and reconciliation

Produce and disseminate high-quality research publications to inform practice and policy
